Before joining the legal field, Vanessa built a diverse career starting as a dental assistant and later transitioning into the refinery industry, where she developed a strong work ethic and a broad skill set.

Her ability to adapt across industries reflects her commitment to growth and her people-first mindset. Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her family—cheering on her son at soccer games and her daughter on the softball field. She also loves caring for their beloved dog, Lola.
