Biography
Traci Dvorak is an experienced attorney who focuses her practice on personal injury, medical malpractice, and first-party insurance claims. She earned her bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Oklahoma before attending the University of Houston Law Center, where she was an award-winning member of the school’s Moot Court Team. Traci was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2005. She began her legal journey at Cooper & Scully, P.C. before moving to the prestigious law firm of Fulbright & Jaworski (now Norton Rose Fulbright) where she focused on health law matters and contract disputes.
Prior to joining Daly & Black, P.C., Traci worked as a Certified Financial Planner™ practitioner with Discovery Wealth Management, a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC. In that role, she helped clients simplify their lives and gain more confidence about reaching their financial goals through proactive and personal financial planning. She specialized in estate planning strategies, often meeting with clients and their attorneys to ensure that they understood how their goals and strategies aligned. She also created and ran a Client Advisory Board to gain valuable insight into how to make the client experience excellent. By working with team members, she created comprehensive systems and processes to improve team autonomy, reduce risk, and make the practice more sustainable.
Her attention to detail, proactive communication, and organizational skills are invaluable resources for clients and team members, alike.
In her free time, Traci enjoys spending quality time with her family, including their Vizlas, Copper and Mocha. She and her family enjoy being a part of Clear Creek Community Church. She and her daughters also enjoy serving together through National Charity League, an organization dedicated to fostering the mother-daughter relationship through an ongoing commitment to philanthropy, culture and leadership.
