Biography

Karina Hayn brings a strong background in customer service and management to her role as an Intake Specialist at Daly & Black, P.C. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources from the University of Houston.  

Before joining the firm, Karina worked as an Operations Manager, where she developed key skills in communication, problem-solving, and managing high-pressure situations. 

Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is dedicated in providing empathetic, professional support to a diverse client base.  

Outside of work, Karina enjoys crafting, spending time with friends and family, and caring for her tabby cat, Scarlet.
