Biography

Josh Lyles is a dedicated paralegal with nearly a decade of experience assisting injured Plaintiffs and their families in the legal process. Born in Maui, Hawaii and raised in Texas, he earned his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and later received his paralegal certificate from the University of Houston. Throughout his career, Josh has worked across the full spectrum of the litigation process – from initial intake and case development to trial support and settlement disbursement. At Daly & Black, he focuses on the firm’s medical malpractice docket, bringing his background, empathy, and understanding of Plaintiffs’ needs to achieve favorable outcomes.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys music, playing guitar, and spending time with his cats.
