Biography

Grace Ethridge is an Assistant Settlement Coordinator at Daly & Black, where she supports clients through the settlement process with accuracy, communication, and a strong commitment to service. She plays an essential role in coordinating disbursements and ensuring each case is handled efficiently from start to finish.

Grace graduated from Sam Houston State University with a degree in General Business, where she was also a collegiate soccer player. Competing at a high level instilled in her a strong work ethic, resilience under pressure, and a team-first mindset — qualities she now brings into her work every day to support clients and colleagues alike.

Before joining Daly & Black, Grace completed the Management Trainee Program at Enterprise Mobility, gaining valuable experience in client relations, problem-solving, and operational efficiency. She is passionate about continuous improvement and strives to create a smooth, positive experience for every client she serves.

Outside of work, Grace enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, traveling, focusing on health and wellness, and making homemade sourdough.
