Ciana Garcia holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Sam Houston State University, where she developed a strong foundation in organizational strategy, client service, and operational efficiency.

Before joining Daly & Black, Ciana built her career in the healthcare and medical device industry, specializing in medical hardware and biologics. As a Product Specialist, she provided in‑operating‑room support, managed high‑value client relationships, and coordinated closely with surgical teams, surgeons, and hospital staff. Her experience consistently showcased her strengths in communication, relationship management, time coordination, and leadership.

In her role, Ciana supports business development initiatives within the firm’s first‑party and personal injury divisions. She focuses on strengthening client relationships, expanding strategic partnerships, and driving outreach efforts that reflect the firm’s commitment to exceptional client service.
