Biography
Chloe Krause is an attorney at Daly & Black, P.C., where she focuses her practice on complex first-party insurance cases. Chloe brings a rare and compelling perspective to her work, shaped by her firsthand experience within the insurance industry and her deep commitment to fairness and accountability.
After graduating from Texas A&M University, Chloe began her career as a licensed property and casualty, and life and health insurance agent. Working on the side of the insurance companies gave her a detailed understanding of how major carriers operate across Texas and other states. But it also exposed her to the industry’s less visible side—where corporate interests often outweighed fair treatment of policyholders. After witnessing these practices and becoming determined to make a difference, Chloe decided to attend law school to hold insurers accountable and to fight for the very policyholders she once sold their policies to.
Chloe earned her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston, where she was recognized as a Presidential Scholar, Dean’s List honoree, and a distinguished member of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honors Society. Her academic achievements reflect her strong work ethic and unwavering dedication to justice.
At Daly & Black, Chloe draws on her insider knowledge of the insurance industry to anticipate the strategies of opposing counsel and navigate complex disputes with precision and insight. Her unique background allows her to dissect intricate legal issues and craft effective, strategic solutions that serve her clients’ best interests.
Her empathy for policyholders and her drive to correct industry misconduct fuel her work every day. With her combination of industry insight, legal acumen, and genuine compassion, Chloe is a steadfast advocate and a valued member of the Daly & Black team.
