Biography

Andrew Oliver is an attorney who represents plaintiffs in insurance litigation. His practice focuses on helping policyholders obtain insurance proceeds after their claims are wrongfully rejected or underpaid by insurance companies.

Andrew was born and raised in northwest Tennessee and attended the University of Tennessee-Martin. After graduating, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and served with Weapons Company, 3rd Battalion, 8th Marine Regiment. During his time in the Marines, Andrew deployed to various countries around the world and worked closely with allied nations and partners to protect America’s vital national security interests. His enlistment ended in 2020, and he enrolled at Baylor Law School in 2021. Andrew graduated from Baylor Law in November 2024 and achieved the second-highest score on the February 2025 Texas Bar Exam.

Andrew’s rural upbringing and military background instilled strong values that he now carries into his legal practice.
