Biography
Andrew Oliver represents policyholders in insurance litigation, advocating for individuals and businesses whose claims have been wrongfully denied, delayed, or underpaid. His practice focuses on helping clients recover the full benefits owed under their insurance policies and holding insurers accountable when they fail to honor their obligations.
Andrew brings a disciplined, mission-focused approach to litigation shaped by his service in the United States Marine Corps. He served with Weapons Company, 3rd Battalion, 8th Marine Regiment, deploying to multiple countries and working alongside allied forces and international partners in support of U.S. national security objectives.
After completing his military service, Andrew enrolled at Baylor Law School, widely known for its rigorous litigation training. He went on to earn the second-highest score on the Texas Bar Examination.
Raised in northwest Tennessee, Andrew’s rural upbringing and military service continue to shape his approach to representing clients: prepare thoroughly, work relentlessly, and stand firm when clients are facing powerful insurance companies.
