Alexis Gonzalez
Attorney

Biography
Alexis Gonzalez is an attorney at Daly & Black, P.C. and originally from Edinburg, Texas.
Alexis earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio, where she interned for the United States Congressman of the 21st District. While in law school she worked for a probate law firm while also working in the Family Law Clinic, assisting families pro bono.
Following graduation, Alexis began her legal career at a large, well-known law firm in downtown Houston, where she represented clients in premises liability and motor vehicle collision cases. She later transitioned to a firm focused on wrongful death litigation, where she secured maximum policy limits for grieving families and individuals involved in complex commercial vehicle and 18-wheeler crashes.
Alexis continued to advance her practice by becoming the Lead Civil Litigation Attorney at her next firm. Here she obtained multiple six-figure settlements in wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases. She joined Daly & Black, P.C. to expand her reach and continue advocating for injured individuals across Texas.
In addition to her legal practice, Alexis maintains a social media platform dedicated to educating her community about personal injury law, the legal process, and clients’ rights. Through this platform, she creates an approachable space where individuals feel informed, supported, and comfortable seeking legal guidance or representation.
Having lost a parent to a workplace incident while in law school, Alexis brings a personal understanding of loss to her work. She approaches each case with diligence, empathy, and precision, and considers it a privilege to advocate for individuals and families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
