Biography

John Munoz is a pre litigation attorney in the Personal Injury department at Daly & Black. John was born and raised in Houston, Texas and started his education at Lone Star Community College before transferring to the University of St. Thomas – Houston where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science. After graduating from college, John attended Thurgood Marshall School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate. During his time in law school John developed a deep understanding of the law and honed his skills in legal analysis, legal research, and advocacy.

For John, practicing law is about helping real people navigate through some of the most difficult moments of their lives. John has dedicated his legal career to helping accident victims understand the legal remedies available to them and provide them with the help and guidance they need.
