Business Development

Biography

Ciana Garcia holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Sam Houston State University, where she cultivated a strong foundation in organizational strategy, client service and operational efficiency.

She brings several years of experience in the healthcare and medical device industry, where she specialized in surgical instrumentation and biologics. In her roles as a Product Specialist, Ciana provided in-operating-room support, managed high-value client relationships, and ensured seamless coordination between surgical teams and product vendors. Her career has consistently reflected her core strengths—strong communication, relationship building, time management and leadership.

Now stepping into a new role in business development at Daly & Black, Ciana plans to apply these strengths to the first-party insurance space by building client trust, cultivating long-term partnerships and driving strategic outreach. Despite the shift in industries, her client-focused mindset, collaborative approach and results-driven attitude continue to guide her work and support the firm’s growth.
