Biography
Peyton Chesser is a Senior Associate at Daly & Black, where she represents individuals and businesses in complex litigation involving personal injury, first-party insurance disputes, and medical malpractice.
Her practice includes motor vehicle and trucking accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury claims, as well as residential and commercial property damage cases arising from wind, hail, and hurricane losses, and medical malpractice claims, where she represents clients in cases involving negligent medical care and significant, life-altering injuries.
Peyton has significant courtroom experience in both state and federal courts and has tried multiple cases across her practice areas. She is actively involved in all phases of litigation, from initial investigation, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial. Her work has contributed to numerous successful outcomes, including multiple six-figure recoveries on behalf of her clients.
In addition to her litigation practice, Peyton serves in a leadership role within the firm, overseeing a team of attorneys and support staff and helping guide case strategy and development across a wide range of matters.
Peyton has been recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch (2025) and is a two-time recipient of Daly & Black’s award for high-value settlements.
She earned her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law, graduating in the top 10% of her class, and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society.
