Biography

Heather is a distinguished attorney who began her career representing plaintiffs in a variety of fields, including medical negligence and product liability. Since then, she has gained significant expertise in civil litigation and trial practice. She has advocated for plaintiffs in numerous jury trials in Harris, Jefferson, and Montgomery counties as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.

In 2015, Heather completed her Juris Doctor, was admitted to the Texas State Bar, and began her career as an attorney in Houston, where she represented plaintiffs in a variety of fields, including medical negligence and product liability. Since then, she has gained significant expertise in civil litigation and trial practice.

She has been representing clients on property damage claims since 2017. In 2019, Heather was admitted to the Florida State Bar and immediately began work advocating on behalf of policyholders in the State of Florida. In 2021, Heather was licensed in the State of Colorado and has continued her passion for working with clients in The Centennial State.

In her spare time, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband Jared, her son Owen, and their two dogs.
