Biography

Peyton Chesser is an Associate Attorney at Daly and Black, joining the team with a strong legal background and a proven record of academic and professional achievement. 

Peyton holds a Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law, where she graduated in the top 10% of her class and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honors Society.

Her legal expertise is evident from her tenure in personal injury practice, where she has efficiently managed a range of pre-litigation and litigation tasks and demonstrated her capability in client acquisition. Peyton’s practical experience is complemented by her research proficiency, particularly in issues related to the use of nuclear weapons and international law, which she developed as a research assistant at South Texas College of Law.

Peyton’s approach to law is meticulous and client-focused, with a foundation in mass communications that strengthens her skills in negotiation and case presentation.
