Biography

Aaron Hurd is an experienced litigator who has represented clients in class and mass action proceedings in state and federal courts. 

After graduation from Destrehan High School, Aaron earned his B.A., cum laude, from the University of New Orleans and taught high-school history in Reserve, Louisiana. Aaron received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where he served as editor in chief of the Loyola Law Review and was designated a William L. Crow, Sr., Scholar. 

Aaron competed in Moot Court and was a brief writer and oralist for Loyola’s Criminal Procedure Team placing first overall at the National Criminal Procedure Tournament hosted by the University of San Diego School of Law. 

Aaron served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Greg G. Guidry at the Louisiana Supreme Court during law school. He earned Law Excellence Awards in Constitutional Law, Evidence, Employment Discrimination, Sales and Leases, Western Legal Tradition, and Law Review Scholarly Writing.
