Garrett Galloway

Biography

Garrett Galloway joins the Daly & Black team to lead Multifamily, Hospitality, and Commercial Support bringing a history of working in the real estate industry: student housing, conventional housing, and third-party management. Skilled in sales, team building, leadership, customer service, and property management during his 10 years within the industry, Garrett has overseen more than $350 million in assets. 

Realizing his clients have experienced less than optimal service in emergency response following losses from tornadoes, hurricanes, and other catastrophic events, Garrett has now made the decision to join the D&B team to add his valuable knowledge and experience to address obvious market failures. Garrett’s mission is to provide a white-glove approach to catastrophic property emergency response and pre-loss portfolio response planning through working with property management firms, investment trusts, and other R.E.I professionals. Garrett assisted with restoring and recovering over $150 million for property owners and policyholders in Hurricane Ian. He is excited to embrace our mission and grow this part of Daly & Black’s business in the Real Estate sector. Garrett enjoys golfing, hunting, attending athletic events, and spending time with friends and family in his free time. His community service efforts include fundraising for his family’s nonprofit organization, Our Love For Smiles. OLFS’s mission is to serve girls’ homes, women’s centers, and safe houses by donating clothing, food, toiletries, cleaning supplies, books, and much more.
