Biography

Eric Vickers is a highly experienced attorney who has built a strong reputation for representing clients in state and federal courts across the United States. With a focus on helping people and companies recover money when insurance companies deny or underpay claims.

Upon retiring from a career as a homicide detective in Texas, Eric attended and graduated from Baylor Law School cum laude. After law school, Eric served as a clerk for a federal judge in the Northern District of Texas, where he gained valuable experience in the courtroom and developed a deep understanding of the legal system.

After his clerkship, Eric went on to work for an AmLaw 20 firm with a global commercial litigation practice. During his time there, he honed his skills as a litigator, representing clients in complex cases involving breach of contract, fraud, and other business disputes.

After joining Daly & Black, Eric focused his practice on helping clients recover money from insurance companies. Whether representing individuals, small businesses, or large corporations, Eric brings the same level of dedication and commitment to each case.
