Walt Cubberly


Walt Cubberly concentrates on commercial and personal-injury litigation. He’s passionate about fighting for people who’ve been hurt by the powerful. Before joining Daly & Black, P.C., Walt represented plaintiffs in personal-injury, commercial, and civil-rights litigation in state and federal court.

After graduating from the University of Texas, Walt went to law school at the University of Houston. There he was an associate editor on the law review and a research assistant to Professors Leslie Griffin and David Dow. He graduated tenth in his class and magna cum laude. He went on to clerk for the Honorable Phil Johnson on the Texas Supreme Court.
